• The book has major printing defects (e.g., torn pages, misprinted/blank pages) or was severely damaged during delivery.
• The item received was incorrect or different from what you ordered.
• The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, preferably in its original packaging.

2. Return Process > To initiate a return, contact us via our Contact Page or call us directly at +8801715747777.

• Please provide your Order ID and a clear photo/video showing the defect or issue via WhatsApp.
• Once approved, you will need to send the item back to our designated address via courier.

3. Refund or Replacement > Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

• If approved, we will send a Replacement copy to you at no additional cost.
• If you prefer a Refund, we will credit the original purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your bKash, Nagad or Bank account within 5-7 business days. (conditions apply)
